Hi,

This isn't actually a new story, but I hadn't seen it on the list in the
last month.

http://news.com.com/2100-1016-991464.html

I read it in the latest Linux Format Magazine today.

In brief....

SCO, the current owners of the UNIX IP, are suing IBM for releasing source
code to the Linux community. They (SCO) say it is a breach of trade
secrets, breach of contract etc.

In the initial document, accusing IBM they also infer that Linux couldn't
have been an enterprise ready OS until IBMs involvement in 1999.

SCO are members of the UnitedLinux partnership.
