[Gllug] Detecting X in cshrc

Hi,

Just a quick hack for most of you but a hassle for me.

I want to set the term variable in two different ways one for when I 
am inside an xterm. 

most likely to vt220-color or xterm-color

and another value preferably with colours that does not mess up 
my vi in text mode.
