There is a shop in Old Compton Street which does coffee.
IIRC, they will make up a mix to your specifications. Maybe we should 
have a special
'Penguin Blend' which is full of caffeine and you can stand a spoon up 
in it.

Combine with a visit to Patisserie Valererie. Yum.
