	From Memory its STOP. Always assume its the red light thats blown! 
	Most people will however proceed with Caution giving the right of way to 
usally the most experianced driver... (Yes I've seen london juctions only 
move because the Bus Driver thinks its safe (With that size of vehicle he is 
is probably correct)) 
	For thouse who have met US style "ALL WAY STOP" junctions thats probably the 
way to treat them.   
	Worse case treat it like a Mini Roundabout and give way to the guy on the 
right.
	If I'm wrong somone will correct me I'm sure. But Inactivity is always the 
safer that just moving wildly.
