Umm no. Its looks like trusted computing platform. ie: trusted to only 
run MS Windows ;o)

Of course the press give MS an easy ride again, by basically reprinting 
a Microsoft press release
and not enquiring why OSX and Linux are less prone to virii now without 
requiring a
complete redesign of the PC.
