According to a journo of my acquaintance (who's actually a pretty good 
programmer), he's signed SCO's non-disclosure document, and seen the 
"disputed" code.  When he finished laughing, he described their claims as 
"bull****".  They will only allow journos, lawyers and the like to have a 
look, as any credible analysis would dismiss their claim immediately.

SCO have lost the plot - they've missed their potential market share (by a 
mile) and are now trying to just make a nuisance of themselves.  There are 
rumours of a counter-suit by IBM!
