[Gllug] Emergency moderation

It's been drawn to my attention that there is a lot of crap getting into
the list so for the moment while there are huge amounts of sobig-f
flying around causing bounces and auto-responders to kick in I've put
the list on emergency moderation.

Legit emails will be released as quickly as I spot them (or the other
admins), once the flood of rubbish is under control I'll turn off the
moderation flag.
