[Gllug] RH9 RPM and Dependencies

I'm running RH9 and wondering how to get the RPM to look for missing 
packages online w/o me having to do it manually.

And yes, I wished I could do this in debian (or summin) but RH9 is the 
choice of a client of ours (because the desktop is soooo nice and it's 
bloody easy to install).
