[Gllug] re; flashing LEDS

We used to have a minicomputer will lots of lovely flashing LED'S - if I
recall correctly they were hardwired to the CPU's status register and showed
you something useful if the machine crashed or possibly went into a loop.
They were also jolly impressive when showing vistors around !!

Sadly(?) all the microprocessors I have seen provide no such display.
