I use plunet, and don't have any network issues but had
one problem when I signed up where they started debiting
my account before BT had finished the exchange work
for the ADSL line. When I contacted them they said
it wasn't their problem but my problem!?? Which doesn't
make sense since I got my ADSL line through plus net.
It took a great deal of effort for them to adjust the billing
date. It was similar to them saying you don't have ADSL in your area
but we'll bill you anyway. Sometimes it's worth paying a little
but extra for better customer service.
