Generally good service doesn't even come close! They have excellent
service, the best I've ever experienced, and their response times are very
short, even outside working hours.
I pay 25 pounds for 512mbit (600 in reality) with one static IP address.

They have user forums on their website which the supporters and technical
staff read and respond to. They have a polite and professional way to
handle complaints in the forums and they respond to any posts even the
unreasonable ones.
If have also communicated to them via email and on the phone several times
without waiting long.

I don't recognise any of the negative comments I just heard.

Cheers
