[Gllug] Network/Ethernet problems

I do not seam to be able to view the local network in Gnome/KDE!
KDE reports no network card installed.
I am using the local network browsing module in KDE. Clicking on suggested
settings gives me a no network cards interface error.
lsmod output attached.
