   Tungsten Filament lamps should be slightly dimmer but last longer,
electric motors will appear less powerful, and most other devices will
compensate by taking more current which will add slightly to the current
loading on wiring, but there will be very few items which will die sooner
(all I can think of would be the carbon brushes in electric motors
struggling to do the same amount of work with less volts, and perhaps
electrical switchgear).
