Yeah, I'd say so - but I'm no expert. Search google groups for the words
'Athlon', '1.3' and 'temperature' to get a load of examples. Getting a new
HSF won't hurt, they're pretty cheap these days. I swapped the default "AMD"
cooler that came with my processor for an Akasa (AK-824cu possibly?) and
noticed an immediate improvement both in terms of volume and temperature :-)

Er, not sure, can't remember, sounds a bit high. This is less important
though.
