Aye, the list should have a subscriber only block on posting.
that way all the spammers'd'have to register in order to send it, which
would reveal REAL addresses and other information (and thus, allow the
things to be blocked and have their accounts terminated.)

It'd also enable the list maintainer to cancel accounts that abused them
like this.
