[Gllug] Secure FTP Server

I had something similar recently, and the problem was the only_from
setting in my xinetd.conf file. I can't remember if I was getting 
a connection to vsftpd at all when that happened, but it's worth
checking. That was the first time in my life that a russian web
page actually gave me the answer I was looking for having turned
up quite high in google's results (random fact for you).
