Might I point out that the objection might not be the nature of the material
being sent, i.e. union activities, but the method...we have problems with
recipients complaining about the umpteenth bulk email being sent...you let
one do and they all want it...from union activities to the coffee meeting to
anyone want to buy my car?

Before involving legal representation it might be a good idea to clarify
this point?
