Hi all,

Off Topic but kind of relevant discussion...

The day to day running of a Middle Eastern country the size of Iraq must
require a massive IT infrastructure, and I can't imagine Mr Hussein
posting off cheques to Microsoft for lots and lots of Windows 2000
Server licences, not least for the reason of privacy and the infamous
NSA key.

Surely OSS and Linux would be a handy tool for that Government... Is
Iraq the biggest governmental user of Linux in the world, and does
anyone know which distro is the favourite for Arabic dictators?
