Thanks for the replies on my BSD compiling and locating library files
problem.  Unfortunately I gave up in the end frustrated that everything
I tried and was suggested didn't work and I didn't have the time to play
more.  I got the ISP to sort it out for me in the end.  Thanks for the
help I appreciate it.
