Yes.  It seems that you can only do this PC2phone stuff with the
Quicknet hardware.  Is there any good reason why you HAVE to have the
hardware?  Apparently the appropriate codec is patented but couldn't
you either get binary-only codecs (a la all the codecs we use in
mplayer) or use another codec?  Surely it can be done in software
without having to buy a US$150 card?
