[Gllug] new debian installation - sound setup ?

Well, it's always good to see somebudy move to the light :)

The module you need for that cards is the emu10k1. 

an "lspci" should reveal the needed info about the network cards.

look at  http://www.apt-get.org/ for cool apt'able software. openoffice, KDE3 
et al.
