[Gllug] Alcatel speedtouch modem

The instructions in http://sdb.suse.de/en/sdb/html/configSpeedTouch.html
are for 8.0.

For 8.1, ignore the part beginning:
"Add one 0x0000 in the file /etc/hotplug/usb.usermap:"
