[Gllug] Apache 2 and POST

I am running Apache 2 (default bug fix from redhat) with squirrelmail.

I get the following error when trying to attach a file greater than 512k


  Request entity too large!

    The POST method does not allow the data transmitted, or the data
volume exceeds the capacity limit.

    If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster

    Error 413

The upload size in /etc/php.ini is 12M

I have searched the apache mailing list and can find no mention of this 
limitation.

Has anyone solved this already?
