[Gllug] Insight UK - a warning

In June I ordered some wireless equipment from Insight UK. They
charged my credit card twice. Despite multiple phone calls, they still
haven't refunded my credit card (even after promising on three
occasions to do so). So effectively they've stolen nearly 100 quid off
me, and there's not much more I can do except take it to a small
claims court.

Anyway, if this is how they handle customers, I'm going to avoid them
in future.
