We've got DG running for over 1000 users.

It's on a Mini ITX and often has 210 KB traffic through it.
(Load factor 6 to 8 for ages :-)

Very good. Easy to configure with the WebMin module or from the command
line.

GREAT support from the mailing list including Dan himself.

Not free for commercial but Open Source and very reasonable price.

Has anyone used Dan's Guardian or SquidGuard to filter out dodgy web
sites?  (Or any other open source tools?) How well do they work?
