Known issue with signing and mailman (also seen with ezlm) mime-munging
for footer, which means the mail client thinks the sig is the highest
priority text bit and only displays that. Fixed in Evolution 1.4

Ville Skytta has a backported Rawhide for RH 9, this may be in fedora by
now.
