Everywhere I've worked that has used Exchange, I've had an inbox rule
to autoforward email to my Linux box on arrival. This, combined with
a bit of procmail wizardry to fix the worst of the corruption[1] has
served me well.

Tet

[1] Why is it that even when you select the "forward message intact"
    option, Exchange still sees fit to modify it slightly first?
