The OP's context is for the OP to elaborate, not for you to redefine to suit 
your question. 

Clearly OP found value in distinguishing between the superset of Manuals, and 
the subset of Man pages, otherwise why would he write the longer RTFMp and 
not the shorter, more widely understood RTFM? Why he chose to is irrelevant; 
that he chose to, is. As you might say, "In this context 'Manual' is not 
synonymous with 'man page'"
