Has he sent his evidence to the EFF? If not, why not?

Are you aware the above puts you in breach of UK 'Insider Trading' laws? (And 
him the US laws) It doesn't bother me, but with the possibility that the 
stock price was artificially raised by company officers (by method of suing 
IBM), you might want to be careful about coming to the FSA's attention!
