Well, I'm sure the IT bods are allowed to download that sort of stuff - the 
policy which affects me is only aimed at 'end users' and intended to stop 
mp3's etc. IT activities, by definition, require exceptions to company wide 
policy, and if joe from customer services knows jane from IT can do things he 
can't he might start getting narkey about it...
