I have no idea if these work, but try:

AMI
Award
bios
setup
cmos
concat
AMI_SW (case sensitive)
AMI!SW/
AMI?SW/
j262
AWARD_SW (case sensitive)

Alternatively, the battery should only need to be taken out for an hour or
so to reset the BIOS. Leave it overnight if you want to be sure!

All else failing, download the BIOS from the manufacturer's web site
(assuming you can ascertain the make and model) and re-flash it.
