Yes, but I'd be wary about getting one from an auction. The monitor
is probably the single most important component of your computer
system -- it's the one you interact with most, and consequently it's
not worth skimping on. Anything from an auction will be of unknown
quality. Since decent monitors are comparatively cheap these days, the
incremental cost of just buying one new will disappear into the noise
when bundled with the costs of moving from the US...
