[Gllug] Are old Unix books any good?

I think a lot of the best books for learning UNIX were published years 
ago.

What the newer books will give you which the older ones wont is tips on 
how to use distribution specific configuration tools.

Some things like printing subsystems have changed quite a lot in recent 
years so a new books would help a lot there.

For basic UNIX usage however nothing has really changed.
