I have a similar (but different) issue. Using send business card via IR on
my phones (Nokias) they use standard IR comms techniques to pop up as vCards
on my (Windows) desktop.

I believe that behind the scenes it uses one of the standard IR port
protocols. There's an "IR on Linux" HOWTO or something somewhere that should
be able to help.

Is this a "clipart" style picture, or a new, full-colour, photo-style thing?
