Well, our sendmail has this (using grep on sendmail.cf)...
Mlocal,         P=/usr/bin/procmail, F=lsDFMAw5:/|@qSPfhn09,
S=EnvFromL/HdrFromL, R=EnvToL/HdrToL,
                A=procmail -a $h -d $u
Mprocmail,      P=/usr/bin/procmail, F=DFMSPhnu9, S=EnvFromSMTP/HdrFromSMTP,
R=EnvToSMTP/HdrFromSMTP,
                A=procmail -m $h $f $u

and the procmailrc has
gndsys:~ # more /etc/procmailrc

:0fw
| spamassassin -P

:0:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
caughtspam
