Did they work for SCO or Caldera (before SCO)? If for SCO were they
working on a related area using relavant systems within SCO?
The unforunately truth here is that under US law SCO may well be able to
bring some kind of case irrespective of the fact that they are themselves
a contributor to Linux as the action is based not upon copyright but upon
trade secrets.
The only hope is that IBM will be able to throw more money at the case.
