The interesting thing is: have such people taken (in their heads) copyrighted/...
material from Unix (knernel/tools/...) to Linux. I know that (in the UK anyway) it
is not possible for an employer to stop you leaving & working for a competitor,
the point being that your only chances of suitable employment will be in the
area of your specialised skills.

Ultimately this is the sad fact: the ones with the most lawyer (== society parasite)
money stand the best chance of winning.

I haven't followed all of this rubbish: are SCO trying to use patents ? If so
it would be interesting to see IBM arguing against them.
