Such things were not included in RH9 either - licensing and laws in the 
USA.

I haven't got round to it yet, but adding this to your yum.conf
should do the trick:

#[livna-stable]
name=Livna.org Fedora Compatible Packages (stable)
baseurl= http://rpm.livna.org/fedora/$releasever/$basearch/yum/stable
gpgcheck=1
