Yes.

Should be nice and easy. It's only small. As I recall
it's just a simple ./configure && make install

Maybe post your error so someone can point the
problem out?

I used vsound a couple of weeks ago to get a bio of
Stevie Wonder!! Haven't listened to it yet in full
but I've scanned through it and vsound seems to have
done the job.
