[Gllug] Email delays

A client of mine is on btinternet.com, and sending mail to her has
been a nightmare for the past two weeks. Their mailservers simply
won't accept mail for long periods of time.

Lots of:

2003-10-08 10:09:32 1A7AGw-0000vb-00 moongate.btinternet.com [194.73.73.118]: Connection timed out
2003-10-08 10:11:05 1A7AIV-0000w7-00 moongate.btinternet.com [194.73.73.118]: Connection timed out

Things had got a bit better, but today and yesterday it was bad as ever.
