[Gllug] Putty SSH -> Proxy tunneling

Hi,
Sunday at the restaurent I was told that I could use Putty through our
proxy server at work. I just tried a recipe I found on the Internet which
looked really stupid and of course didn't work.

Can someone guide me through the exact steps to do this?
