Thanks Ian. I'm having some problems with my card being recognized and the
module being loaded...I'm rebuilding my kernel to make sure the right
configs are in place.
I'll let you know how it goes.

for anyone wanting the driver for this card, you can either get my tarball
which works fine under 2.4.20 or try the CVS version.

its worth mentioning that the new driver works with the 2.6 kernel but
requires
the linux firmware loader.
