Oxleas Woods is in SE London, off Shooters Hill.
It is quite famous, as it was proposed once
as the route for a major road. There were protests, and a large area of
wild space, trees and bluebell woods was saved.
There is a great cafe at the top, where you get views over Kent.


Our ride starts at 10am, drop me an email off list if you want to come
along. Or just get to the cafe.

Good exercise before an afternoons GLLUG. If anyone does venture along,
we could take the train back to Charing Cross, takes 30 mins.
