Yep. But the people who played on the recording or the company that
organised the recording (usually) still need to be paid...
If one _must_ use music, then ambient type noises are better IMO as they
don't bother people who "hate that fscking song", and it can calm them down.
How about whale song? Perhaps not.
Better still, as it won't clash with everything else in this noisy world, is
a simple couple of soft beep noises every 5 seconds or so, and a gently
voiced message every 30 seconds saying, "Yep, you're still waiting for some
git to answer you call."
