[Gllug] windows equiv of loadlin

hi folks

i have a little project just under way that i need some help over,

i am starting something that i call 'usblinux'

essentiall, its a mini distro that resides on one of those usb mass 
storage devices we all know and love (pen drives/muvo/camera etc)

i need something that can run from within win2k and do the same job that 
loadlin does from dos. i have had a quick look at lnx4win from the 
mandrake people but it seems to be calling loadlin (had a quick look at 
sources)
