Yes, not only can you but you are supposed to do so.

You are entitled to 4 weeks holiday per year. If you work a 5 day week 
that means 20 days per year (24 if you work 6 days/week).

As you have worked 10 months you're entitlement is 4 weeks * 10/12.

If your employer is unable to allow you to take all of the time due 
between now and your end date they are obliged to pay you for each missed 
holiday day.
