Okay, I'm getting somewhere. When I start minicom the irq
does appear in /proc/interrupts.
Box 1:
4: IO-APIC-edge
Box 2:
4: XT-PIC
I'm connecting using minicom from box 1 to mgetty on box 2.
I don't get a login: prompt!
Typing AT<cr> doesn't get a response either.
As I said before, any help on where to look is.
