[Gllug] Solution - Locked in DVD

As the same situation happened again this morning, I've documented the 
solution, and for the sake of any others in this situation, here it is. 

cd /sbin
./fuser /mnt/cdrom
normally gives something like - /mnt/cdrom:           3569
which when checked shows it to be 'fam'
then 
killall -HUP fam
and then you can unmount the device.
