secure - delete with overwrites etc
safe - delete with move to .trash or similar
Having this all combined in to one 'rm' would IMH(and inexperienced)O
would be a good plan, it would mean that the new user friendly desktops
don't have to develop incompatible systems for .trash type
implementations and you get the, maybe less useful, befefit of delete
with secruity.
