As a rule I don't top post. I tend to delete unnecessary mail trail to reduce
the 'noise'. 

In the case of the mail replying to David. I could not be bothered to give him
the courteously of being helpfull. I think his response justifies my lack of
courteousy. In you case I have obliged by not top posting. I have no choice
over the mail client I use in the office and anything other than top posting
is inconvenient.

I promise that I will not reply to any more posts on this thread. I only
replied to this post because there was a direct question to me and I am unable
to reply directly to Tethys
